When deployed by an institution, the platform may process student, parent, faculty, attendance, fee, examination, admissions, and accreditation records under the institution's instructions.

We use information to deliver product demonstrations, provide customer support, operate campus workflows, improve product reliability, secure user accounts, generate reports, and communicate product updates.

We do not sell student, parent, faculty, or institution data. Data processed inside the platform is used only to provide contracted services and legally required operations.

AI attendance features may process facial templates or verification data for identity confirmation and proxy attendance prevention. Institutions are responsible for obtaining required notices, consents, and internal approvals before enabling biometric or facial verification workflows.

H² Solutions applies access controls, audit logging, encryption safeguards, and data minimization principles to identity verification workflows.

We may share data with trusted service providers such as cloud infrastructure, communications, analytics, payment, and support systems solely to operate the service.

We may disclose information if required by law, lawful government request, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of H² Solutions, our customers, and users.

We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate for institutional data, including role-based access controls, secure transmission, monitoring, and restricted administrative access.

Data is retained for the duration needed to provide services, meet contractual requirements, support audits, and comply with applicable laws. Institutions may request deletion or export subject to contract terms and legal obligations.
