Terms of Service

Last updated: 16 June 2026

These terms govern access to the H² Solutions website, demos, and subscription services. Institution-specific commercial terms may be defined in a separate order form, master subscription agreement, or statement of work.

Use of Services

H² Solutions provides cloud-based campus management software for authorized institutional use. Customers are responsible for ensuring that administrators, faculty, staff, students, and parents use the platform in accordance with institutional policies and applicable law.

Users must not attempt to compromise the platform, bypass access controls, misuse identity verification workflows, upload unlawful content, or interfere with service availability.

Customer Responsibilities

Institutions are responsible for the accuracy of student, faculty, fee, attendance, examination, admissions, and accreditation data entered or imported into the platform.

Institutions must obtain required consents, notices, approvals, and authorizations for communications, payment processing, facial verification, parent messaging, and statutory reporting workflows.

Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription fees, implementation services, support coverage, user limits, modules, and renewal terms are defined in the applicable commercial agreement.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are non-refundable once a subscription period or implementation milestone has commenced.

Intellectual Property

H² Solutions owns the software, designs, workflows, documentation, trademarks, and product intelligence that make up the platform. Customers retain ownership of their institutional data.

No license is granted except the limited right to use subscribed services during the active contract period.

Availability and Changes

We work to maintain high availability and product reliability, but services may be unavailable during maintenance, infrastructure events, third-party outages, or emergency security work.

H² Solutions may improve, modify, or discontinue features to strengthen performance, security, compliance, and user experience.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, H² Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including loss of profits, admissions, rankings, accreditation outcomes, or business interruption.

Institution-specific liability caps, indemnities, and dispute terms may be defined in a separate signed agreement.
